Carousel Capital Invests in AGDATA

February 7, 2006 — Charlotte, North Carolina — Carousel Capital announced today an investment in AGDATA, a leading provider of outsourced database management, marketing program administration, data collection and data analysis services. AGDATA serves customers primarily in the agriculture/crop protection, animal health and healthcare industries. Founded in 1985, AGDATA is based in Charlotte, North Carolina and also has operations in Canada.

AGDATA is the leading provider of database marketing and information processing services to the North American crop protection industry. These services include rebate payment processing, electronic data interchange management and database management. AGDATA's healthcare division, MedData, provides database management and transaction processing services that allow physician offices, hospitals and billing services to complete transactions quickly and accurately. AGDATA's animal health division, Impact Vet, is one of North America's leading providers of market data to manufacturers in the animal health sector.

Carousel Capital is partnering with the current CEO of AGDATA, Verl Purdy. Mr. Purdy will remain Chairman and CEO of the Company and will maintain a significant ownership stake in the business.
